tank.

Each compartment is provided with a bottom valve. From each bottom valve leaves a separate stainless steel
discharge pipe to the rear, rightside of the tank. At the end of each discharge pipe a endvalve, after the endvalve a
coupling with blind cap.

The trailer will be equipped with hose carriers. The hose tubes are fixed by means of anodized aluminium supports.
No hoses included in our delivery.

An air manifold in electro-polished stainless steel is fitted at the tank front, at the rightside, with connection to a 2”
airline to the top of the tank (tank pressurization) Including pressure relief valve, a pressure gauge, an overpressure
valve and a non-return valve.

On the frontside of the collector we mount a 2" TW coupling with blindcap. On the TW coupling, we mont a 1"
stainless steel GEKA coupling with blindcap.
On the vapour recovery valve of the landing legs or the rearside of the collector we mount a 2" TW coupling with
blindcap.
2" pressure line starting from the collector. The 2" pressure line continues vertically under the insulation cladding
entering the front spillbox.
Connection to the tank shell via a 2” flanged stainless steel manual operated ball valve (Fort Vale)
Pressure line is extended from pressure line collector to right, rearside of the trailer. At the level of the landing legs a
T-piece as a branch with an extra connection. This for vapour recovery. At the level of the landing legs and at the end
of the pipe a 2" ball valve.
On the vapour recovery at the rearside we mount a 2” TW coupling with blindcap.
